I'm one as well. So your'e not alone.
The solution isn't to log on to 9gag (although it does take up a good amount of your time). I came across this web article today which can be....i mean IS very useful, for someone who has to much free time and would want to do something productive in those mundane minutes or hours of your life, it lists down small everyday activities from 'clearing your desk' to 'mediating'....
