On ugd.edu.mk while I was looking for when I should pay participation for university, I encountered a video “We asked why UGD”. Surprisingly, Sarah was interviewed too. She exposed herself: the basic reason for choosing Stip was “First of all because of the financial situation” as I supposed. She was misinformed that the University – Goce Delchev is second-ranked (in fact she didn’t cite a source, maybe it IS second in her head). She is planning to go to post-graduate studies. Good luck! I don’t doubt you.
