27 Week Bumpdate!

Hello Third Trimester!I cannot believe that I just got to type that. Websites are pretty split on whether your third trimester begins in the 27th or 28th week, but the one I have been going off of AND my phone apps say 27, so we will go with that. That also means I am 7 months pregnant!

The craziest and most wonderful thing to me is that if Rilynn was born at any point from here on out, she would have an 85-90% chance of survival rate. I started this pregnancy with such fear - fear that we would lose another baby, fear that I would never make it to 20 weeks...and now, it just seems so unreal that I will meet our daughter sometime in the next 14 weeks. I feel so blessed and I am so grateful to God that she is healthy and still kicking up a storm in my tummy.
For privacy reasons, I didn't really share on the blog that Ryan was gone for over 4 weeks. It was really hard for an already SUPER emotional pregnant lady. I found a lot of items for the nursery, went to appointments alone and got to really see the baby move and kick for the first time while he was away. We also celebrated our one year anniversary apart. While I was going through it, it felt like it would never end...
And then yesterday I got to go pick him up!

His face is really funny because he had no idea I took this picture as he was coming up to the car. I cannot express how happy I was to see him. I hate sleeping in a house alone, so last night I was finally able to relax and I slept better than I have in a month.

I made him a little surprise for when he got home...there was a 20 pack in the fridge and some lovely Crown. He complained the whole last week he was away that he couldn't believe he hadn't had a drink in over a month...oh yeah, tough life...try 7 months mister!!!
A really bad thing that happened over the past week is that Marcy has been really sick.

She absolutely LOVES the new bed I got her from Costco, however I came home last week to a liquid dog poop explosion all inside and outside of her cage. I was literally crying the hour it took me to clean it up in our bedroom and out of the carpet. Then I walk downstairs to find she has pooped on our floor 4 more times while I was upstairs. THAT was when I really wished Ryan was here. I could not believe how much poop I had to clean up.
I tried to help her over the past week on my own, but she is still seeming to be sick, so we have a vet appointment this afternoon. I'm hoping she is ok and after a little medicine, she will be back to her normal self.
We go camping this weekend! We got our tent yesterday, so I am very excited. We will be bringing an air mattress, so it should be too uncomfortable.

Besides that, I wanted to share my "Pop" updates. I stalk my friends' blogs and instagrams every day to see if someone "popped" overnight...I have so many friends that are so close that I am so excited to see become mamas!

My friend Kristen had her beautiful baby girl!!! I was so excited to see it on Instagram. She is a fellow Army wife and is currently in Germany. She also was one of the cutest pregnant ladies I have ever seen. Congratulations Kristen!!! (:

Watching & Waiting!

#1 OMIGOSH!!! Liz has less than a week left! She is all belly and is having a girl too!! I am so so so excited! And she is BEAUTIFUL and all belly. I'm hoping to "meet" her little one this week!
#2 on this list is my friend Sarah. Holy smokes, she only has 3 weeks or less left. I have been crazy stalking her and waiting for the good news to pop up on her instagram feed. I cannot wait to see her little man!
#3 is Ruthie. She is seriously one of the sweetest mamas-to-be I have met. She also is having a little boy. With less than 5 weeks to go, I frequently check up on her to make sure her baby has not made his debut yet...
#4 Oh Monica! She has less than 5 weeks too and I am dying! I mostly watch her updates on Instagram since she was taking longer breaks on her blog, but I absolutely love her and she is going to be such a precious mama!
#5 is Stormy. She is not telling what they are having, so I cannot wait until the baby is born and we finally find out! She has less than 8 weeks to go...but you never know when a baby decides they want to make their grand entrance!

So these are just a few of my pregnant blogger friends who also happen to be pregnant right now. There are about 6-8 of us who are falling in the 25-30 week range right now. I think that is so cool, because we will all be having our babies in relatively close time frames (:
