As you guys know I have a one track mind right now. I am headed on vacation so soon! I am really excited to get a week off. Lake Powell is this gorgeous serene lake. It has canyon walls that are 100’s of feet tall, so when you’re beached and on the boat you feel so isolated and so alone. Except for the other 12 people that will be there. One reason Powell is such a favorite place of mine is because you are able to disconnect from the whole world, and just make your own world. Those of you who have been there know exactly what I am talking about.
Anyway with all of this isolation, I will really need A LOT of music. I am one of those people who can plug in my iPod and just sit down by myself for hours. I can be on a boat with 20 people and want to pull out all their hair, and then throw in those headphones and BAM I am relaxed and ready to go make out (with Jared, of course!) My problem is that I rarely get new music. I have satellite radio in my car, and usually listen to the channels there. At work, I listen to Spotify. I never work out. So even though I am listening to music all the time, my iTunes rarely gets updated.

Before I leave. I need to know your top 3 favorite bands. In the world. PLEASE! I really would love some new music to make my vacation even better!

Don’t forget about our vlog that is coming up tomorrow! I filmed mine yesterday, and had so much fun! I still haven’t put away all of my shoes, because of course, I had to take every single pair out of my closet and tote them all into our front room, so you all could see them in their full beauty. Not shoved into a little hamper in my closet! I really hope that you all take a quick minute and pull out your iPhone, Droids, iPads, Camera’s and show me “What’s on your feet?”
