A Word (or Two) on Tarot Predictions

Posted on the 28 February 2014 by Bunnysunday @missbunnysunday

Tarot is a living thing.

If you’re tossing cards for yourself or others, it’s important that you realize Outcomes and Predictions aren’t set in stone. A reading is a snapshot of the future based on the current circumstances of your life. As a human on this planet, you change and grow and Your Future changes and grows along with you.

Think of Destiny as a flowing stream rather than a stagnant puddle.

Besides, if your entire life could be laid out before you in one tarot spread, I’d be out of business and you’d be very bored.

An example, you say?

Client A asks if he’ll ever be a father. Cards say “no.” No babies for him. A baby-less future for as far as the eye can see.

Fast-forward 18 months.

Client A breaks up with his wife (who wasn’t a good match for him in the first place) and is now dating another lady who’s very child-friendly. She knows about diapers and stuff. She thinks babies are the cat’s pajamas.

Client A asks again if he’ll ever be a father. Cards say “yes.” Cards say “invest in a freaking double stroller, my friend, because you are one Fertile Myrtle.”

See my point?

I hope so.

Because I’m drinking wine.

As always, if you’d like a reading you can purchase one here. The Yes/No listing has been selling very well. It’s supposed to be a one-word answer but I almost always give more than that.

Oh and, of course, I don’t mix wine and tarot. Unless I’m reading for myself… after a bad date… and I’m wondering what in the hell my life has become… You know, *those* kind of moments. I, your friendly neighbourhood tarot reader, am at the mercy of my bad decisions, just like you.
