…Be Grateful
Gratitude—it’s often forgotten in the best of times, and all but tossed aside during the worst.

Let’s face it, these may not be the worst of times, but they are officially tough. It’s also an important time to be grateful, and yes, there’s science to back that up.

According to several recent studies and personal experience, showing some gratitude can have a positive effect on your health.

Imagine that, having a positive attitude is good for you.

Now, that doesn’t mean you should go bury your head in the sand and only talk about rainbows and puppies from now on.

But maybe start with being happy that it’s Wednesday, and you’re halfway through the week. As opposed to: it’s Wednesday, and you still have to work for two more whole days.

They may be baby steps, but they’re in the right direction.

Those of you rolling your eyes and preparing to complain about the weather, that’s your perogative. Just know that a little gratitude wouldn’t kill you. It’s good for you damn it (remember, baby steps).
