First of all, when it comes to Biryanis from a new place, I become a little scary for two reasons. The same was the case while ordering a Biryani from Behrouz Biryani. Of course, the name is quite impressive and that is one of the reasons for daring to try it. The two reasons that scare me about Biryanis are as follow. Firstly, it is the spices and chilies that are mostly out of proportion in a Biryani. As if Biryanis are only for the people who like extra spices and chilies. Whereas, that is not true. Secondly, the quality. I don’t find a great quality of the dish that most restaurants and delivery outlets serve. Though the commitment level is high at all those places, there is always wrong with either of the two scary elements. But to my surprise, that was not the case with Behrouz Biryani.
Behrouz Biryani is a delivery only outlet. The name derives from ancient city of Persia, Behrouz. Behrouz is popular for its recipe for layered rice which we know as Biryani. The outlet lives to its authenticity and royalty. And promises to deliver you the same. At least, my Chicken Share-E-Biryani claims to be. All the Biryanis come in three sizes. Like, Regular, King, and Kilo. Regular is for one person. King goes for two persons. And in case you want a Biryani that serves 4-5 persons, then go for Biryani by Kilo. In fact, there is a wide variety of Biryanis in veg and non-veg catgories. You will fall in love with the presentation, taste, and its authentic preparation. Along with this I had Murg Kefta starter. Dessert Bahar-E-Gulkand is fabulous and a must try.
Behrouz Biryani
As a matter of fact, I would call Behrouz Biryani a place of healthy Biryanis and other delicacies. The rice were so attractive in presentation that I could count and separate each grain. On top of it there is a perfection in its taste and flavor that speaks of mastery in the subject. And finally, you will not find any extra oil or spices. All this makes Behrouz Biryani a place for Biryanis with precision.
