Best Fitness Apps

1. MyFitnessPal: I am not the best person with my nutrition. So I love that I am able to track everything with MFP. I also love the community with the app. You can find people you already know or communities to join. While I am not a huge stickler about staying within a certain range it is still nice to know how much I am eating in a day. (FREE)
2. Fitbit: I have had a Fitbit for as long as I can remember. I have also had the most basic one that around my wrist. I have never been one to know my heart rate so why spend the money. I know from my time at OTF that I have a resting low HR. It's self-deprecating to know my HR because it's so hard to get it where it "should be." (FREE)
3. Couch to Half Tracker: I purchased this a bundle a long time ago when I wanted to get back into running. It had C25K, 5K to 10K, 10K to Half, and one more. I since deleted them from my phone. I still run just not as much as I would like to. This bundle was great for me at the time, and I highly recommend getting more than just the Couch to 5k. I saw the Ultimate Running Bundle for beginners on the app store for $19.99.
4. Beachbody:
5. Nike App: Any of the nike fitness apps are amazing if you wanting to try something different. I use this app when I am not wanting to do the workout I wrote or just want something different. (FREE)
6. Sworkit: I just have the basic version but there is paid version as well. I got this app when I started working at Planet Fitness and wanted to come up with different stretches for the stretch class. There are workouts for everything in here ranging from Strength Training to Yoga. There are plans you can follow or just come for workouts. (FREE/$7.99pmonth)
What are some of your favorite apps to use?
