Brunch in Milan!-

ENG. It's always painful to wake up to go to brunch on Sunday… I am quite a lazy person, so staying in bed is always the first option, but thanks to my friend Sascha (aka the rockstar) I have been forced to wake up early every weekend to do brunch!
Usually he texts me every Sunday and says: “I am hungry... Will pick u up in 30 min...”
And yeah, for those who truly know Juana, in front of such strong command she will usually argue with the person, but I have learned through my years of experience that it is better not to argue with a hungry German! So I wake up and go to brunch!
So lately we have been trying different brunch places around our neighborhood in Milan and let’s say I am very picky with food, specially brunch, and I don’t like just any place. For a brunch to qualify for my list of a great brunch it has to be a real American brunch, aperitivo or Italian brunch doesn't really do for me. I like the brunch with pancakes, French toast, corn bread, scrambled eggs… yummy, just thinking about it makes me hungry… I love a brunch full of carbs and calories!
So here is the list of my favorite brunch places in Milan:
California bakery: Love their pastries, burgers and bagel options!  The place is small but cute and has quite a nice atmosphere with its music. For the summer it is a great place, since you can also do picnics, they give you blankets and a picnic box full of food to go!

Bagel factory: the best bagels in towns with tons of options! The best part of the place is that everything is fast and to go! So if you are in a hurry this is your place!

Exploit: Fresh eggs and orange juice, amazing caffe latte and the opportunity of sitting outside in a beautiful piazza! What else could you ask for in life?

Zero due: Amazing atmosphere, great eggs but if you go to this place you can’t miss the dessert buffet!!!! It is just out of this world!

Indiana post:  Best eggs benedict and French toast I have had in Milan! Also, you come here for the Mimosa and the prosecco because it is always fun to start the day with a little Mimosa!
