Back to the good news at hand, a Florida brewery is making edible/biodegradable six-pack rings. So instead of strangling the poor creatures, we’ll be annoying/feeding them until our trash dissolves.
But wait, there’s more. The edible rings are made from a by-product of the brewing process. That’s right, they’re saving animals and the environment…that is until we find out that we’ve over-grained the oceans or all sea life has developed a gluten allergy.
For now though, let’s call this a win with far fewer strangled/asphyxiated sea creatures.
