Day 28: The Silent Ones

Unspoken battles and silent wars
With my friends
With my relatives
With my mentors
With myself
With a devilish brain
A split mind
A torturous conscience
And a broken, defiant heart
 They always said war determines
Who is left
Not who was right
 But we determine
Who has left
Commercialized inner battles
To fight for
A moment of peace.
