The importance of sleep should come as no surprise to anyone. It’s more than common knowledge that getting a good night’s sleep is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle.

If this is news to you, there’s a chance that you’re not getting enough sleep and have created an alternate reality in your mind.

Yes, sleep deprivation can cause you to create false memories. Why would you choose to remember that sleep isn’t good for you? I have no idea. That’s between you and your subconscious.

I know it’s bad and unhealthy, but you’ve got to admit, it’s kind of awesome too. Think of all of the awesome things you could convince yourself you’d done, if only you deprived yourself of enough ZZ’s.

Sure, you’d be sick, unhealthy, and probably generally unpleasant, but think of the awesome memories.

Sweet dreams, crusaders, sweet dreams.
