Dear Diary,
I feel so stupid and depressed right now. I shouldn’t have gone onto her Facebook, but I wanted to add her as a friend again. Now I’m regretting wanting to add her as a friend.
We broke up 10 weeks ago, and she’s already moved on. I can’t believe it.
I also wrote her an apology sort of letter explaining to her my actions. I was ready to try to be her friend again, and then this happens.
Just about an hour ago I decided to re-add her as a friend on Facebook, but I saw that she was “In a relationship”. It didn’t say who, but I know who it’s with. It’s with my friend – the one who I confided with after the break up. I can’t believe it. I always suspected something between them. He denies everything.
I am so pissed off, at my friend (or should I say ex-friend) for doing that to me. And I’m really sad and depressed that she’s moved on so fast. I wouldn’t say I miss her or want her back, but I still have some feelings for her. These are probably the feelings that stay with you since she was my first girlfriend.
I feel like this has set me back a few weeks, and I’m going to be in that depressed state again for the next week or two. I really don’t know how to handle this. This will just be another thing that I’ll have to overcome, but it is hard, very hard.
