Fill Your Paper with the Breathings of Your Heart

Quote

"Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart."

William Wordsworth

Questions

If your heart was doing an interview of you for a newspaper article,  what questions would it ask?

If your heart was lost,  what destination(s) would it look for?

Lists

Make a list of (at least) 5 to 10 of your heart's desires (in any area at all). You will benefit even more if you keep this list open and go back to it throughout today - and even beyond.

Make a list of 5 to 10 ways you can strengthen your connection to your heart's desires. Some ideas are action steps - big and small, both what I call "doing and being" process steps. You might take time to free write about them, journal, meditate, do a walking meditation where you focus your thoughts on the heart's desire, walk or do other intentional movement like yoga, and then write, doodle, draw, paint or collage and see what intuitive messages come through to direct your next small step - or leap.

Bonus: Take three separate actions during the next week and observe what happens.

Conventional Writing Prompts:

Today, my heart's breathings on paper say.....

The idea of filling my paper with anything makes me.....

Just for today, I will.....
