Ok I’ll just start this by saying “AHHHH GRRR…” so you know where this is going.
I got the report from the social worker and the speech lady who saw her. There was nothing unexpected in their reports.
I had reports coming from the developmental pediatrician and the psychologist. I received the one from the pediatrician on Friday. Guess what it says?
“I believe Sanura has an Autism Spectrum Disorder”
That was her findings? That’s not what the psychologist told me!
It seems as though the psychologist and pediatrician were not on the same page.
The plan from here seems like we should see how Sanura fairs next year at school and if we have issues it’s probably back to the doctor we go. I’m curious to see what the psychologist says in her final report.
