FINAL - What I Keep in My Gym Bag

I'm a planner beyond planner. I also hate feeling unprepared. I think that I have everything in my gym bag.
Protein bar/shake - Most of the time it's both but I try to have one or the other. Right now I am loving One Brand Bars. My current favorite is Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake. For shakes right now I am trying out Shakeology from Beachbody.
Wet Wipes - I usually don't shower at gyms but if I need to change or freshen up I use wet wipes.
Lotion - I have tanning lotion and post tanning lotion. I keep it all in the same bag. Replace lotion when it gets low. Right now switching between Hempz and Bath and Body Works.
Dry Shampoo - I only wash my hair once or twice a week, but dry shampoo every other day or sometimes everyday. Just depends on how bad my hair is. I teach group fitness classes so I like to workout with them so I use it more during my lunch break than anytime else. Baptiste is my absolute go to.
Facial Wipes -
Deodorant - Right now I am on spray deodorant kick. I have solid at home and spray in my gym bag.
Shake Bottle - Dual use. water bottle and for my protein shake.
Change of clothes - depends on what I am doing afterwards. Sometimes I have this and sometimes I don't.
Headphones - I have a small bag that has all my wireless headphones. I forget to charge them so I just carry them all with me. My favorite are my skullcandy bluetooth wireless. They are amazing, but I am looking to get the beats that cover my whole ear.
Small Fitness Bag - I have a small drawstring bag that keeps all my resistance bands and sliders together. I keep them with me everywhere.
Ipad - Some days my workouts are just cardio and I like to read while walking.
