Happy National Pancake Day!
For those who know how these random food-related holidays work, yes, there are free pancakes involved, depending on where you look (IHOP).
If you are looking for some historical significance, today is National Pancake Day’s 10th anniversary. Okay, so it hasn’t been around that long, but it’s also nothing to sneeze at. And are you really going to question the longevity of a holiday that involves free pancakes?
And if you need any additional information in order to appreciate and celebrate this festival of all things pancakes, well maybe this isn’t the holiday for you. Might I suggest National Coffee (Sept 29th) or Donut Day (June 5th)?
