Happy National Pie Day!
Not to be confused with Pi Day (March 14), National Pie Day is all about everyone’s favorite dessert…other than cake…or anything with chocolate…or ice cream.
Anyways, the point is, today is all about pie in all of its delicious forms.
Considering a good chunk of the country is already snowed in by #JonasBlizzard, it seems like as good a day as any to celebrate this quintessential comfort food.
Of course, to our snowbound crusaders, I will have to insist that you not head out into the storm in pursuit of pie. It is delicious, but it’s not worth it. You’ll just have to live vicariously through those of us who still have access to a grocery store.
