Yarr, ’tis once again that extra special day dedicated to shoutin’ like a scurvy pirate. It might seem like a silly shore leave to them not use to such thin’s, ’tis actually a extra grog-filled day.
Talk Like a Pirate Day is all ’bout havin’ a bit of fun. Which is something all us landlubbers could us wee bit more of.
This day be all ’bout takin’ a break from “normal,” gettin’ outside ye comfort zone ‘n not takin’ yerself too seriously. Plus, ’tis just fun t’ say thin’s like “shiver me timbers” and “yo ho ho.”
