Getting Back On

My housemate has a stationary exercise bike, and as yet I have not been game to try it.  Might be TMI, but upright bikes aways kill my bum.  I think most people think I am ridiculous (or a big wuss) when I talk about it,but seriously, it is bad.  Like having to sit down seriously gently for minimum three days after each time I tried.

Guess what?!  As I sit here giving you this update, my butt hurts(!)  I am sitting forward in the chair so it isn’t so bad, which is probably a good work out for my bum/thighs  ;)

Anyway, you know what that means -  I gave the dreaded upright bike a go.  For 8.3kms >

Getting Back On

I had planned to do the 30 Day Shred workout, but just wasn’t feeling it.  Plus I was super busy.  And the perks of a bike?  Being able to read/watch/whatever I want, while getting my sweat on.  So in between assignment-ing, I caught up on my reeder  :)
