Packaging
Even if the tubes are just the normal design of L'Oreal Paris lipsticks, I love how they are presented with coated black gold with gradient effect each tube. It looks more sophisticated compared to their other lipstick collection.

Available Shades
L'Oreal Color Riche Gold Obsession comes with four (4) luxurious shades to achieve effortless metallic lips:Pure Gold, Mocha Brown, Rose Pink, and Classic Red that looks good even with morena skin tones. However, I see in other countries they have 8 shades in this collection.

Each color is iconic and presented by Aishwarya Rai (Rouge Gold/Classic Red), Eva Longoria (Mocha Gold), and Sonam Kapoor (Rose Gold). I can see how their personalities and looks relate to each shade.

Pigmentation
All shades are insanely pigmented and opaque in just one swipe.

Texture and Finish
The lipsticks are creamy and soft with subtle sheen. Since these are creamy lipsticks, if you don't blot them with tissue, the color will surely transfer to any object in contact with your lips, even your teeth.

Formula
L'Oreal Color Riche Gold Obsession lipsticks are comfortable to wear and doesn't feel heavy. For this collection, I highly suggest using a lip brush for application as I find them too creamy for my liking. It's easier when applied with a lip brush.

Longevity
All the shades stay pretty long and stained my lips even after trying to remove it with a two-phased lip and eye makeup remover.

Color Riche Gold Obsession in Rose Gold (Sonam Kapoor) is best for girls with fair skintone. It's a cool pink shade with blue undertone that can brighten skin color.

Color Riche Gold Obsession in Mocha Gold (Eva Longoria) This is my favorite shade in the collection. This color, deep brown-red is suited for Filipina (morena) skin tones.

Color Riche Gold Obsession in Rouge Gold (Aishwarya Rai) is classic red lipstick color that complements all skin tones. I also find this perfect to wear both day and night.

You can how putting the shade Le Gold on top of each lipstick color instantly highlights and gives more dimension to the lips.

Color Riche Gold Obsession lipsticks are moisturizing. They have jojoba oil that keeps the lips hydrated when applied. Overall, I love the colors, pigmentation, and staying power of these lipsticks. The only downside for me is, the color transfer a lot. I don't think blotting with tissue is a solution since it will remove the sheen and illuminating effect that this collection is made for. So if you're gonna wear any of these lipsticks, be careful not to stain your stuff especially your clothes.

L'Oreal Color Riche Gold Obsession collection is now available for 400 pesos a tube in all L'oreal counters nationwide.

If want to try just one shade, go for Mocha gold! Rouge gold is nice since it's a classic red but Mocha gold is as beautiful with a twist especially if you're done with bright reds, you'll love this color.
