…go out on a limb

...oh Christmas tree...

Does your holiday season feel lackluster?  Is your Christmas missing it’s holly jolly?  Are all of the jingle bells and one-horse open sleighs giving you a tension headache?

We may have found your problem.  Not enough Christmas trees.

According to the American Christmas Tree Association (I’m sure they have no alternative motives) all the cool kids have more than one tree this season.  Clearly this is the secret to holiday joy.  Quick! Go out and spend more money!

ACTA does include perfectly logical and practical reasons for acquiring a second tree.  It’s a great place to put all of your extra “eclectic” ornaments.  It’s an opportunity to let your kids express themselves during the holiday season.

Plus, it’s a great excuse to build that extension you’ll need to house both trees, all of the extra ornaments you end up buying for your second tree, and the third tree that will inevitably be in vogue next year.

Of course multiplying artificial Christmas trees are not for everyone.  Perhaps you prefer your tree(s) live, but the thought of the hassle of housing even one tree is enough to make a Grinch out of you.  You love the smell of pine and twinkling of lights, but hate the prospect of hauling it home.

Sounds like a split-personality disorder to me, but fear not you hypocritical holiday hopefuls, you can pay someone to get your tree for you.  Because nothing says Christmas like a live tree that you bought online…except maybe two live trees that you bought online.
