Gratitude Redo

Posted on the 16 December 2014 by Lifeofasportswife @jessaolson

In November I had every intention of starting a gratitude journal over the next year. I already have my 2015 Word of the Year, and already starting to implement into my life. Why wait until January 1st, right? (Maybe I should but I just can't do it so I'll start now.)
Also in November I read One Thousand Gifts. I will do a review of it soon, but overall I wasn't that impressed with it. I loved the concept but the overall book not so much. I have also started, ok. I did 1 day, of writing down things that I am grateful for and it really has changed my attitude and mood towards things.
Like I wrote in this post I am wanting to become a better person. Really just a happier person. I haven't been very happy for several different reasons, but I think if I refocus on a few small things it could make a big impact on things. Also I tend to focus on the negative and dwell on it hardcore to the point I get a panic attack.
I found this sheet from Esther and fell in love with it. I hope to journal each week through it and learn to be more gratitude with things and people in my life. I feel like recently I am being rude and unappreciative of things that I have. I am looking at all the negative things and what I don't have instead of the greatest that I do have in my life. Even been noticing how much I say "I" in my life. Which in it self can be a real eye opener.
52 Weeks of Gratitude Challenge Prompts.
My main goal for completely this challenge is to live less and be grateful and content with what I do have in my life.
