If you are a veggie, you must visit any of the Hard Rock Cafe. Their newest veggie offers are really awesome. In fact, you will find all of the recipes unique and sumptuous. Rather, your taste buds will be demanding a nonstop course from various options available. As a matter of fact, Hard rock Cafe has come up with a new festival called #BeEdgyGoVeggie. This is a 1-month festival starting from 1st October. In fact, nothing better than the month of veggies during this festive period. This is for the first time at Hard Rock Cafe and is going with a full bang. A meatless menu for the first time. It’s for the veto killer that one person in the gang who is a purely vegetarian. Or for people who plan to change from non-vegetarian to vegetarian during the month of October.

HRC is keeping up with current trends. Rather it takes care of a lot of youth are opting for veg these days. That is the idea behind #BeEdgyGoVeggie.

In fact, the new menu items celebrate Vegetarian Awareness Month. It is to spread awareness of vegetarianism and the benefits of a meat-free diet. As the month begins with World Vegetarian Day on October 1, HRC came up with this innovation. As a matter of fact, blossoming it into a month-long celebration of vegetarianism that involves educational events and festivities is a great idea. And therefore to #BeEdgyGoVeggie.

The highlights of this #BeEdgyGoVeggie menu are fabulous. There are veg infused cocktails and amazing salads. Moreover, you will find some never served before vegetarian burgers and wraps like cauliflower Burgers and Buffalo Cauliflower wrap. Let us have a close look at these #BeEdgyGoVeggie recipes. The Cauliflower “Wings” is a crispy Buffalo-style cauliflower served with bleu cheese, celery and carrot sticks. Similarly, Grilled Ratatouille Wrap is grilled ratatouille vegetables topped with Sriracha mayonnaise, olive oil, and baby arugula. It is served in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla with a side salad.  Going further, Pico de Gallo Quinoa Arugula Salad is a fresh mix of pico de gallo, quinoa, lime juice and chopped cilantro mixed with arugula and topped with shredded Brussels sprouts, spicy pecans, feta cheese, and raisins, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette. Rather, the words will not be enough to explain these recipes completely. You need to taste them to get the real crux of its beauty. The concept behind these recipes is quite clear. In fact, the motive is to make all #BeEdgyGoVeggie item rich in taste and essential body requirements. These include fortification with essential minerals, vitamins, etc. And all in a right proportion.

Like, Cauliflower Burger  is a patty of cauliflower, garlic, egg, goat cheese, oregano, and breadcrumbs. The topping includes zucchini, squash, Monterey Jack cheese,  arugula, tomato and garlic aioli. And the serving comes on a toasted brioche bun. In fact, there are additional choices for wrap, salad, and burger.

While coming to wraps, there is a large variety. For instance, Balsamic Roasted Carrot Wrap contains seasonal greens, red onion, hummus and balsamic glazed oven-roasted carrots. The wrap is of flour tortilla serving with a side salad. Similarly, you can have Black Bean WrapBuffalo Cauliflower Wrap, Crispy Fried Cauliflower WrapEggplant & Hummus Wrap, Grilled Vegetable & Halloumi WrapRoasted Squash & Walnut Pesto Wrap, and Seared Corn and Green Bean Wrap. I think this is a big call for #BeEdgyGoVeggie.

Next in the queue are salads. The options are Tofu & Ginger SaladTomato Watermelon SaladFennel, Beet & Orange SaladRoasted Root Vegetable & Kale Salad, Feta & Fig SaladPear Salad, and Roasted Beet Salad. 

It will be worthy to mention few remarkable burgers. Spinach, Potato & Chickpea Burger. This is a house-made patty of red skin potatoes, spinach, chili peppers, cilantro, chickpeas and spices, topped with arugula, tomato, cucumber and a spiced yogurt sauce. Kefta Burger is a house-made patty of potatoes, shitakes, and portabella mushrooms, balsamic glaze, and barley with a topping of a sriracha hummus, arugula, and tomato. You must also try Quinoa Burger and Black Bean & Quinoa Burger.

Lastly, we come to cocktails in Hard Rock Cafe India’s new vegetarian #BeEdgyGoVeggie menu. These cocktails that pair perfectly with meatless options, include are here. Very Veggie ‘Tini is fresh cucumber, red onion, mint and lime juice shaken with Greek yogurt and Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Bell Pepper Martini is a mix of Hendricks Gin, Benedictine, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, Hard Rock’s simple syrup, green peppers, mint and garnished with a green pepper ring. Wascally Wabbit is a mix of Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquor, Captain Morgan, Grand Marnier, Hard Rock’s simple syrup, carrot juice, apple juice and garnished with a large mint sprig. And finally, Beet Orange Ginger Juice is a fresh blend of ginger, beet, and orange juice. The last one is an alcohol-free drink.
