Hearty Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 can spinach or 1 box frozen spinach (thawed)
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 can artichoke hearts 
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves, pressed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
2. In a small pot, combine garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese until melted.
3. Add spinach, cauliflower & artichoke to cream mixture and pour into a 9x9 baking dish.
4. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes.
5. Serve with baguettes or your favorite tortilla, pita or bagel chips.
