Hello to all.
I, from now on, will be known as Nene.
I have decided to begin my own blog as I have to admit that I do have a lot of issues I like to get out there.
So who am I??
I am soon to be 29 years of age, I have one daughter (8 years old) and I am engaged to the love of my life. I have lived in and around Nottingham for my entire life, it is where I call home. I love to smile – laugh and be around those I love.
Throughout the past 10 years, I have had many things happen to me. Some good and a few bad. These range from seeing my parents go through a break up and eventual divorce- my brother being involved in several motorbike accidents- my mother going through and surviving cancer – my dad suffering 2 heart attacks and a stroke and still being able to play cricket every week since and my own health issues which resulted in me losing an ovary. I will be talking about these happenings in detail in future posts. As a carer for my parents I spend a lot of time running around for other people and neglecting my self – big mistake in some ways.
My aims in life to make the most of my potential, to ensure my daughter has the best upbringing possible and that my family are happy and connected.
Throughout my blog, there may appear random notes on events that may be happening at the time. I will write them as they are my opinion of what is going on. Well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion now and again.
So for now – I will say farewell and I hope you will enjoy my blog.
