Dear Leah,

Always, remember when your down and feeling insecure. When everything in the world seems to come against you. Even, your  family, friends, and co-workers seem to  join in..

Elevating those feelings of  being unloved and very alone. When the pain in your heart is so, tender, that the slightest words or gestures, can  reverberate your pain. Than you try to turn to the words of wisdom. That , seems to lose it’s, translation within the filters of your dark mind.

This is the time that your mind seems to reflect your life. You, feel trapped, blocked  and every synonymy of those words. Until, your , breathing is hysterical and followed  by tears. That , It’s  odd to  request, that  in those moments to take a deep breathe and find a quite place,  and if your living with someone , it’s the perfect time for a bath , and if your up to it take wake. while doing so, be still  . I mean truly,in your mind, soul and if  that’s possible body, ( in case your walking) that too. .

Take a few minutes, and pray your special prayer to the, Heavenly Father. Who, already knows what you have need of. Answers, may not come immediately.  Because our pain and darkness is a battle field, for God’s Light in Jesus Christ to break through.

It’s during that quite peaceful time that God needs, your help. He, needs you to really love Him and want his help, through the teachings of, Jesus Christ.  It’s, than that you need to  break down those barriers, so, you can feel his warmth.

It’s warmth that wraps around your heart, with the warmth of tender hands . That spread through your soul , like a new born baby being warped in a soft warm blanket. Warmth. that fills your mind with  relief. That seems, to take the pain and the woos away.

The feeling in that moment, makes you want to smile, laugh and shout “You, exist Jehovah!, you exist!, Thank you in the name of Jesus!”

Never forget, that moment. Because, this world is full of millions and billions of people who hurt and have needs in this world. And on that day, He came to attend your needs. Which makes you good enough , even when you’re a few pounds over weight. ( Smile )

Have a blessed day Leah.
