House of Flavours is a 30 years old specialist manufacturer of high-quality natural and artificial food flavourings and ingredients. Well, that has nothing to do with this newly born delivery chain in Delhi. Currently, they have four outlets in Delhi. But looking at their quality of food, packing, ingredients, taste, and service it seems that will have more soon. initially, I was a little hesitant to order. The reason for that was the time constraint. It was almost 12 pm when we thought of ordering food from a nearby new delivery outlet to explore something different. Surprisingly, the order was not only accepted but the delivery too was well within time. By 2.30 pm we had food at our doorstep with a neat and catchy packing. I would say, in fact, it was a flawless packing and a successful experimentation in our exploration.

The first flavor from the house was excellent. As they say, the first impression is the last impression, though I don’t believe in this much. I always tend to give it another try to check if there is an error by default or by accident. But in this case, there was nothing like that. As a matter of fact, I could not find any error in the delivery mechanism so far. Next testing station was unboxing the food and tasting it. Surprisingly, House of Flavours qualifies well in both as well. My order was for Malai Paneer Tikka, Malai Kofta, Chur Chur Naan, and HOF Maharaja Chicken Thali. No need to confuse, HOF is nothing but House of Flavours. In fact, unboxing these dishes one by one was the most interesting journey. Because every dish had its own flavor in a unique way.

House of Flavours – A Must Try Delivery Outlet
So far it was a double delight factor from House of Flavours. Thali is a special matter that I will discuss a little later. First about the other things. Paneer Tikka is soft, juicy, and well spicy. Well-spicy means nothing in excess – spices, chillies, and salt. It had a fabulous taste. And of course equally fabulous flavor. Malai Kofta is savoury. Excellent Koftas and gravy. The taste and presentation show a good amount of hard work in preparing the dish. Naan is not too special, neither very soft but has a good amount of filling. That is how a Naan is. For a long time, I was quite reluctant about Thalis. But this thali wins all praises in terms of its ingredients, taste, and fulfilment. The prantha, chicken, and rice are well cooked and excellent quality. I absolutely enjoyed a Thali after a long time.
