I use it every night for 3x in a row. I let it stay for around 40 minutes with the led light then about 15-30 minutes more with only the gel and the protector. I can’t stand 1-2 hours more as I salivate big time and the taste with the gel is not so good. I think I can see more difference if I let it stay on my teeth a little longer.
Based on the results, it works for me. I love this to bits! I’ve been wanting to try the whitening strips but I can’t since I have braces and I find them more expensive.
