As much as I make fun of my husband for doing stupid things (like you know losing his wedding ring), he still manages to find a way to touch my soul everyday.
Take for example last Saturday. I was sitting in Bloggy Boot Camp scrolling through my Facebook feed on my iPhone when I happened upon a status update from our wedding photographers.
My eyes saw the phrase “This is why I shoot weddings” and I was instantly hooked. I love them to pieces so it always warms my heart when other people give them the credit they deserve.
Halfway through the post, I could already feel the tears welling up in my eyes. Here I was sitting in a room full of strangers about to burst into a full blown cry.

All I can say is there’s just something about my husband.

The previous night I awoke from my sleep and looked over to see my husband staring at his computer. I figured he was playing a silly computer game, got irritated, rolled over, and went back to sleep.
Little did I know that as he was watching me sleep he decided to scroll through our photographer’s blog post of our wedding, almost a year later.
I don’t know how I got so blessed to have such a wonderful husband but I certainly thank God everyday.
Babe, you could lose your wedding ring every year and I would still tell everyone that I’m the luckiest girl in the world because you decided to marry me. I don’t know what I ever did to deserve you.
