People face all kinds of tragedies in their life time, especially those who are persecuted,tortured and traded for their bodies. However, there are also those who rock back in forth for the pain someone around the world is feeling-simply because they are pushed to Love as in no other way, except to take on their grief upon themselves. Last night around midnight, some people went to see the new "Rise of the Dark Knight" These people sat down in their seats, maybe popcorn on their laps, and se attled in for the previews. However-they'r elives were about to be horrifically altered. A man came that night, appearing as someone from the movie-however, he had no appreciation for the movie whatsoever, he was intent on his task at hand. He released a Gas bomb (i believe) and started shooting blindly into the crowd of 100 or so people, many were wounded, around 14 were shot.Were they ready?
This isn't about their failures, and it isn't about how wrong they were, and it isn't about WHY people need God. Everyone needs God-sometimes it takes a Job moment. "To have everything you once held dear, and discover that's it's all lost" (paraphrase of the song, Lead Me to the Cross)
But i want you to know-You are never alone. Someone, if they've heard is praying for you-whether you did lose someone in this shooting, or you don't know (and that's the worst) I prayed for you, @Mandisa is praying for you, Christian T-Shirts is praying for you, my friends are praying for you- and anyone who reads *clean* funny pic's blog, has prayed for you! God has not left you! nor will He ever leave you, on the contrary He is always watching.
2 friends of mine were in a car accident on Wednesday-they're vehicle was crushed-they SHOULD be dead. One of them described to me what condition the van was now in-and i looked at her and said, "so- _____ should be like...cut in half-an-and you should be....dead"
and that's exactly right, they should be.
But as me and the teachers said earlier, God loves His children (and protects His CEF teachers :)
Wherever you are, if you're the Victim, if you're the innocent bystander, or if you just stumbled upon my blog, friend someone is *always* watching out for you. Especially if you have a friend in God.
