I Love This Bird…

I missed a post last night.  Sorry.  I had a migraine and wasn’t up to making complete thoughts work to my advantage.  All I could think about was how much I love this clip:

So after I was done having a game of nighttime/daytime in my head, I went to bed.  Sometimes, we have so much going on in our heads that there is no room for anything else.  You have to learn how to clear the thoughts away.  This crazy BBC video actually does that for me.  You might meditate, read or try yoga, but in the end, you know those thoughts creep right back in.  What makes you laugh?  Use it.  Do you have a favorite movie that you haven’t seen in a while?  Put it on.  Laugh like a madwoman or madman.  Or laugh like both (as long as no one is around).  This is my very random post for tonight.  I hope it helps because I’m still busy having a game of nighttime/daytime.  Want to play?
