I Love Vegetables

My vegetarian meals on 24 March

Breakfast – Lettuce, raspberry jam and chia seed sandwich.

Lunch – Yong Tau Foo with seaweed, mushrooms, black fungus, toufu and rice.

Dinner – Long beans and fried beancurd with rice.

Eating vegetarian meal is a difficult task for me as I dislike to eat veggies since young. I started to increase my consumption of vegetables over meat the past few months and even more during this 2 weeks for Earth Hour by eating full vegetarian meals whole day. Now, I learn to appreciate different kind of greens which I don’t eat in the past.

I will continue this habit by fixing 2 days a month to be my vegetarian meal days.
