If I Wasn't Scared Before..

Posted on the 20 April 2012 by Mikidemann @mikidemann
Just to be clear. I am NOT pregnant. However that does not stop me from clicking on a bunch of people’s “baby boards” on pinterest. I don’t click on them for normal reasons like seeing adorable babies in extremely large bows. I click on them because they always have pregnancy articles pinned. This is like birth control for me. I don’t have baby fever, I how I DONT have baby fever. But if I ever get it, I can just remember to go back and reread all these absolutely horrifying articles. Today I came across this article:10 things they don’t tell you
This article completely horrified me. Not because I don’t think it’s true, but because it is true. It is talking about 10 things they don’t tell you about AFTER you give birth. I highly suggest everyone who has baby fever read this. Just to tame the fever. I like babies and kids, I am not a child hater. I just KNOW that I am nowhere near ready to be a mom or deal with some of these things mentioned in the above article.
°(your period) It lasts as little as two to three weeks or as long as six weeks after birth.
°Your crotch might be a mess. You may be dealing with a swollen, stitched up mighty mess that even Stephen King couldn't dream up
°Your hair might fall out.
° A jury full of mothers with newborns wouldn't convict you if you bludgeoned him (your husband) to death with a breast pump.
°Pooing is scary.

Go read the article, and tell me if you still have baby fever.
