Im Sick...

Im sick, again... I have a crumby immune system and chronic fatigue so I tend to get very tired and sick and with the sudden heat wave on Sunday I have managed to develop a full blown chest infection, throat and sinus infected also and feel rubbish. I have had a headache and temperature for days and feel lousy. End of feeling sorry for myself.

and eat lots of chocolate and drink plenty of water... Hope none of you feel as wretched as I do.... xx
