The CDC maintains a section on their website for fruit or vegetables of the month. March is green onion and leeks month. Since I don’t have any other dinner plans, I figured I’ll venture into the world of leeks today. So, for dinner, I chose a leek-filled recipe. We’ll see how this turns out!
