I was thrilled to have my first outing as a Knighton House wedding photographer last month - the only shame was that it rained pretty much all day, which meant that we couldn't take advantage of the gorgeous gardens and truly stunning views which are afforded from this beautiful Dorset wedding venue!
I've been keen to work at Knighton House in Durweston and shoot a wedding there for a while now, particularly as it's very much on my doorstep - I only live about five minutes away - and so it kind of feels like home even before I stepped through the door for the first time!
Knighton House opens its doors during the summer for lucky couples to take advantage of it wonderful location and facilities, and whilst my wedding couple weren't able to glory in the incredible views across the Dorset countryside, they still had an incredible day nonetheless. This wedding day began with bridal preparations at the bride's parents house in nearby Marnhull, followed by a beautiful wedding ceremony at their local village church. Then it was onto Knighton House for party time!
Let's take a look at some of the preview images the couple were delivered just a day after their wedding, which is a wonderful day to relive the day whilst you're off to the airport on your honeymoon!
