Late Night Munchies West Patel Nagar Is An Eco-Friendly Delivery Restaurant

Delivery was right on time from Late Night Munchies. Packing is fine. Paper plates, cutlery, napkins, and sauces are in a separate packet. Main course curries are in a vertical container with a proper lid so as to ensure no spilling. Starters, rice, and biryani come in a horizontal container with proper foil covering. Overall, packing is fine. I had Paneer Malai Tikka from North Indian Appetizers. This is perhaps one of the best starters in proper North Indian style. Thick creamy gravy with a right proportion of masalas makes it unique and tasty. In the dish, you find thick pieces of onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and Paneer. Overall, a tasty, fulfilling, and good in preparation dish to try. Nothing special about Paneer Bhurji except that it is not over spicy or too much oily. That is something good. Dal Makhni is good enough to take you to chili world.

The Dal Makhni is over spicy and hot (in terms of chilies). Usually, Dal Makhani is mild with chilies. But still, it tastes well. Finally, Egg Biryani has two boiled eggs, thick rice, and a good amount of spices and chilies. Overall, if I order again from Late Night Munchies, it will have Paneer Malai Tikka for sure. For rest of the items, I am not too sure. In fact, I would like to go for some different dishes. Maybe some dishes from their Chinese cuisine. Sometimes I fail to understand why restaurants can’t adopt two basic things. Firstly, it doesn’t take anything extra to indicate spicy things on the menu. Usually, all good restaurants do it with an indication of a single red chili, two chilies, and so on to indicate the level of chilies in the dish.

Late Night Munchies Is Ideal for Late Night Foodies

Basically, it should be a norm for all so that while ordering online or in the restaurant, if I am not a chili-rich-food lover, I can order non-chili dishes. Or I can tell the restaurant while ordering to keep it without chilies. Secondly, why some restaurants think that North Indian dishes means floating oil and chilies in the dish. Time is changing and so are the lifestyles. I think old definitions need an overhauling to match current norms and lifestyles. Now a good thing about Late Night Munchies which is a very good indication that the restaurant is eco-friendly and green in their operating procedures. The plastic bag in which the food is delivered is recyclable. Also, you get paper plates that follow the same pattern.  Overall, for me, it was a chili-full experience except for the appetizer.

I wish this post acts as a conveyor to the management of Late Night Munchies. I hope they take these suggestions on a positive note and thereby take an appropriate action in this regard. Of course, I like their eco-friendly initiatives. They can think more in this direction and become a landmark for others. Of course, improvement is a continous effort.
