This What to Watch Wednesday we find ourselves in the middle of summer television, which has vastly improved in the age of Netflix, but still lacks the luster of the fresh programming of fall. If you’re not quite ready to jump into that series you’ve been “meaning to get to,” fear not, there are other options.
Today, I put before you the latest attempt at a modern variety show: “Maya & Marty”
I have no idea what the critics are saying about this show, because I refuse to have my joy crushed. And that is what this show is, song dance, sketch comedy, and pure joy.
