For many parts of the country, the first snow is upon us…or in my case, the first, it’s snowing!…wait that’s rain…and snowing!…and we’re back to rain and ice has joined the party…it’s a vicious cycle winter joy and damp dejection.
Let’s admit it, come February, the spark may be gone…but there’s something magical about the first snow of the season (even if it can’t quite commit to a state of matter). So while in a few months I may change my tune…

So why not enjoy the snow day? there will be plenty of time to complain about the snow in the coming months. Winter is no longer coming, it’s here…
