Hello my lovely readers,

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week, and if it’s been more of a downer for you, I’m praying that you’ll get to relax the weekend and have a much better week come Monday. I’m still getting the hang of how I want the formatting to go with these posts. Part of me wants to make them into full-length posts with the links dispersed as they become relevant, but then another part of me wants to make it easy on you and just give you a list.

Regardless of the format I eventually stick to, I really want y’all to visit Lauren Cerand and check out all of the amazing guest posts she does on various blogs and websites. I love her writing!

And through her blog, I found this amazingly beautiful pen I would totally buy if I had $600 to lay down whenever it struck my fancy. (I’m already browsing Amazon for cheaper alternatives.)

And then because Lauren’s blog led me to blogs about pens and letters, I came across this new blog (well, new to me) that had a sentimental post about letter writing, and I just had to share it with you.

Lastly, my favorite movie in all the world was on last night, and I just think you all should watch the best part of the film. Unless you’ve never seen You’ve Got Mail before. Then don’t watch this. Go out straight away, somehow acquire the movie, and watch it from the very beginning.

Have a splendid weekend, everyone!

My best,

Lauren Michelle

P.S.: I also just want to re-mention my blog post that went up yesterday. It’s a new feature I’m doing every Thursday, Creative Encounters. Yesterday’s featured guest was SheWrites.com co-founder, Kamy Wicoff. She gave a great interview!
