Its always a blessing when there’s a looooong weekend! On Sunday (05/10), It was Raya Haji, so yay, Monday automatically becomes a public holiday too. To be honest, I still don’t get why Monday becomes a public holiday when a Sunday is a public holiday. Haha. But anyway, its a blessing and I love long weekends because it means more time to laze. LOL.
So yeah, I literally spent my whole long weekend lazing like a potato. Using up all my laziness so that what’s left is hardworking Kim. Which turns out sounding really lame. *face palm* Over the weekend, I caught a movie with WC. We watched The Purge, Anarchy. It was interesting. Imagine if next time in 2023 there really is The Purge. Exciting yet scary at the same time. Kim at that time would probably be a chicken and not purge. But who knows. Haha.
Oh and we went shopping too. I’ve an additional new member in my locker thanks to WC!
Tadaa! Haha. This was in the fitting room lah. And this is in H&M Gurney Paragon and fitting rooms were separated into girls’ side and guys’ side. So WC couldn’t come and see if the dress fit nicely or not so I had to take a picture for him see. Haha. Yeap I told him before that I don’t really have casual dresses. And he said he’ll get me one and here it is. WC said I look better in above knee length skirts/ dresses and dresses that cover my back a.k.a non-bareback dresses. Haha.
WC got himself a new pair of slacks, which is a size smaller than his current one cause the fella skinny liao. Kot. Haha. It was fun shopping with WC. Made him try stuff he would never try like pink shirts. Haha. And it was damn tiring also. Gosh I feel like an old lady complaining about being tired. Haha.
So Monday night WC had an interview for Career Fair 2015. I went and kepoh at the interview session lah because of 2 main reasons. First, I wanted to see how WC does at interviews. Cause he’s really good at stuff like this and I wanna learn from him lo. Second, my Publication department HOD, TTF won’t be able to make it for Tuesday’s interview to observe the interviewees so he asked me to take his place. So I wanted to be present on Monday to have a feel on what the interview session is like.
And you know what, I got kicked out (exaggerating jer lah. Haha) of the interview room when WC was being interviewed. Apparently to them, it was inappropriate for me to be in the same room when WC was being interviewed. So unprofessional of them. The director asked my HOD to bring me out, at first didn’t tell me why so my food and phone both I left it in the interview room. I was a bit frustrated and annoyed lo. I had to wait outside, there were no chairs for me to sit, it was hot and I was hungry. But yeah, this is life, crap happens. Haha.
Well I guess that’s about it for my weekend. To conclude: lazed, movie & shopped a bit.
