Lots of Free Fun Entertainment at Westfield London
Did you know that there is lots of free live entertainment going on in Westfield London every day this summer? There are a broad range of activities, with something for boys and girls of all ages to enjoy. The Family Events Schedule is as follows:
Mondays: Live Family Music
Tuesdays: Kids Character Meet and Greets
Wednesdays: Kids Arts and Craft
Thursdays: Live Family Music
Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: 'Have a Go' Sports

Character Meet and Greets

Children's character meet and greets happen every Tuesday with a different favorite there each week. If your child wants to meet one of his or her favorite characters you will need to get a wristband from the Atrium on the Ground floor but please note these are limited and are available from 9am so arrive early to avoid disappointment. The meet and greet sessions take place at 10am, 11pm, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm. The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday 7th August: Fifi and Bumble

Tuesday 14 August: Postman Pat

Tuesday 21st August: Water Hazard from Ben 10

Tuesday 28 August: Angelina Ballerina
I'm planning on popping along with Ben next Tuesday to hopefully meet Postman Pat. We're going to try and get there early but just in case we don't manage to get a wristband I think I'll be keeping it as a surprise.

Children's Retailer Events

In addition to the activities and Meet and Greets, a number of the children's stores will be hosting retailer events. I'm happy to say these include
all of our favourites which are: Build a Bear, Disney, Polar O Pyret, Early Learning Centre, My London Girl, The Entertainer, Foyles and Vue. To find out more about these events you will need to ask in store.

Kids Eat for Free

No doubt after all the excitement and fun of the activities your kids will have worked up quite an appetite. The good news is there are a number of Westfield London Restaurants where kids can eat for free which include The Meat and Wine Co, Le Pain Quotidien, The Real Greek, Crepeaffaire, Kitchen Italia and Isola Bella.
For a full listing of the day by day events take a look here and if you do go along be sure to tweet using the #iwasthere #west hashtags. One of the things I love about Westfield are the fantastic kids services on offer including very cool Kiddy Cars and Family Rooms which are definitely worth checking out. Ben and I shall definitely be popping along quite a few times this summer. You might find us chilling out on the deckchairs if it is a sunny day.
