Masala Factory is in Tagore Garden, Delhi and is a delivery joint only.I ordered Malai Tangri Kebab, Veg Biryani, Stuff Mushroom, Paneer Butter Masala, Paneer Tikka Roll, and Chicken Gilafi Roll for our dinner at home. The service is quite prompt. In fact, the food was at my doorstep well before the time. When it comes to delivery few things are quite important for all of us. Firstly, the packing has to be good and safe. Secondly, the food has to be fresh in all aspects. Thirdly, the quality and taste of food have to be up to the mark. And finally, the extent of spices and chilies. If all these are taken care of optimally, it makes a good treat. And in fact, that results into repeat orders. My overall experience with Masala Factory is good except few small improvement points that definitely will help them to grow faster.
The stuffing in both the rolls was good but there is a point regarding the Paneer Tikka Roll. The packing will be better in foil instead of wrapping it in the paper. For delivery especially. Though the Paneer Tikka Roll was at par with any other good quality Roll but it was soggy at the time of unwrapping it. Probably the fresh cooking heat and the paper wrap were the reason behind this. In case, it is in silver foil, I feel that sogginess will not be there to that extent. Otherwise, both the rolls are fabulous. Another improvement point is in the Onion Salad pack. There peeling and cleaning was not that fine though it was not too bad to serve. So if they address these two small improvement points, rest things are remarkable. In fact, Chicken Gilafi Roll is really fabulous. So it Malai Tangri Kebab.

Overall, my first experience with new delivery joint Masala Factory is so good that I am definitely going to order again, soon. There are a lot of other items to try, in fact.
