Me and Mine | June 2016

I almost feel as if I'm cheating by using this photo as really it was at the very beginning of the month/end of last month. But I can't not use it - I love it for so many reasons, but mostly because Ethan has the happiest smile on his face whilst having his arms around his Daddy and his little brother.  
June has been a good month. It's not felt like the rest of the year in terms of days and weeks whizzing by. I suppose the fact that we have our home back to ourselves helps. But also it sounds crazy but because we've been busier in terms of having lots of lovely things planned in throughout the month, it's like I can actually recall each week of the month and it's not one big blur. 
Highlights for June include several birthdays for members of our family including Logan's which is actually the day that this post goes live (Happy 1st birthday my sweetheart!!), me finally overcoming my fear of traveling to London alone by taking the plunge and going to BritMums Live with thanks to my lovely sponsor Boots Soltan and also Logan standing up for the first time. (Boy has he changed a lot this last month!). 
This time last year at 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant I gave birth to my second beautiful little boy. He was born at 10.48am and the moments and hours and days and months after have been utterly amazing. June's a special month to us because it's the month that we became the family that we are today.
