Monday-Wednesday

Posted on the 07 November 2012 by Paige
I've been really busy this week and I'm really tired.
Monday I had my French tutor and swimming lessons. I went to a private pool this time not parks and rec. It was called The Swim Academy. There was a big mural of Ariel and her friends, a desk and a small family viewing area. The change room had three connected showers and two private change rooms. It was a salt water pool with a different buoyancy than the regular pools. I was in a class with my sister and two friends. The instructor was mostly seeing what level we were at and kind of testing us. We didn't have the whole pool to ourselves, there were a few other classes going on at the same time. My group like totally sucked. I thought I could swim better than I did. I think we all failed most at diving. My two friends both hurt themselves. One of them did a scorpion instead of a dive and the other one got a bad cramp. We were totally ridiculous, even the instructor was laughing at us. We had a hard time finding the place at first. We went to the wrong location at first and were nearly late for our lesson.
Tuesday I had horseback riding in the morning and then I went with mom to take her car to get emission tested at Canadian Tire.
Today I went to work with dad and at noon he took me to see my friend's tap dance class, to see if I wanted to join. None of the people in the class were very advanced so I might be able to catch up, but they are practicing a routine so it would be better to join next session. I'm not sure I want to join though, dancing is too embarrassing. I'd much rather do pottery. They looked like they were having fun though. I kind of joined in a little bit but I couldn't keep up and didn't understand the tap dancing vocabulary.
Today is Dad's birthday.

Happy Birthday Dad!!!
