I know…not gonna help the muffin top right? Well I have a plan, I am going to stop eating bread, not candy.

The first time I tried these I was a kid, I had forgotten about them for years. Last summer when I was at my yearly car show in Sechelt and I found them again in a little candy shop in the nearby mall. One candy, and I was thrown back in time, to when I was a kid…when we used to be able to go to the candy store with 50 cents, and have enough candy for the entire weekend.
I remember munching down the whole roll, enjoying every crunch, every mouth watering bite of them. I am a texture girl, I love eating things with great texture to them.
Nevermind…
Anyways…
The package says they have no fat. Sweet.
Of course they are all sugar and 220 calories a roll…oh well, I can live without bread.
I don’t know if they still have these at the little store in Gibsons where we used to buy them, maybe they do!! I will check next time I go.
Oh, I nearly forgot to mention that I found a candy store that sells them here, where I live…now.
DAMMIT.
You know that is not going to be a good thing, and just my luck it is right underneath the Orthodontist that my son goes to see once a month.
Ironic a little? I would say.
Oh well, there are worse things I could be doing.
And I am not, so it makes me smile, and I am going with that.
Everyone needs a little taste of heaven now and again don’t they?
