If the sun comes out, tomorrow I will take a full view photograph of the Mandevilla growing in my backyard. She exceeded all of my expectations in that the first two I tried to grow over the last couple of summers didn't do so well. One never flowered and the other barely flowered. I brought this one back to New York from my friend's home in Virginia with her suggestion that I only keep Miss Pretty outside during the day & bring her in every night until the weather turned markedly warmer. As you can see, it worked - not to mention she is still going strong two weeks into October! Her hot pink color is so intense, she proved to be quite the challenge to photograph.
