Posted on the 10 January 2014 by Jessicatacismd
With the documents I have arranged, this are the following steps I did specifically:
1. Birth Certificate (Mine and my Daughter) from the National Statistics Office together with the Form 1-A (Old registrations) and Certified True Copy (New registrations) from the Civil Registry.
  • Authentication from Department of Foreign Affairs
  • Authentication from Dutch Embassy

2. Affidavits: Custody, Witnesses, and other kinds that is duly notarized and signed by a legal lawyers.
  • Certification from Regional Trial Court of your city
  • Authentication from Department of Foreign Affairs
  • Authentication from Dutch Embassy

3. NBI Clearance
  • Authentication from Department of Foreign Affairs
  • Authentication from Dutch Embassy

4. Certificate of No Marriage from the National Statistics Office
  • Authentication from Department of Foreign Affairs
  • Authentication from Dutch Embassy

Note: Documents from NSO and NBI can be submitted directly at the DFA for Red Ribbon. Once all the documents are signed by the following agencies, it means they are good as real and legal papers. If there are problems or typographical errors, fix it immediately before passing them at the IND.
