To feed his interest in space and his thirst for knowledge on the subject he has amassed a sizeable collection of space related books. Recently we discovered an awesome series of books by Stephen Hawking and his daughter Lucy Hawking, the first of which is called George's Secret Key to the Universe. These books are fantastic as they combine the excitement of space adventure with real life scientific facts and information.
This morning as I looked at Ben in his astronaut suit and his special authentic NASA baseball cap, I wondered if one day he will be wearing them for real and will become that rocket scientist or astronaut. I do hope all his hopes and dreams come true and his interest and fascination with space and astronomy continue to grow with him. I'm very proud of my little astronaut and the wonderful little person he is growing up to be.
